This space was tailor made for a fashion brand which has a very layered aesthetic and identity. The aim was to create a whimsical, airy and soft space rootedin culture and heritage and this colonial building in Kala Ghoda prove to be the best home for it. We borrowed from the traditional colonial arches and high ceilings to create an indoor courtyard of sorts. With an offbeat colour palette in ochre, old rose and hints of burgundy we were able to create a nuanced and unique identity. A wedgewood blue sky ceiling completed the courtyard with customised tropical brass and crystal Art Deco chandeliers. Wes Anderson remained an inspiration as we detailed the doors, reception and the nooks.Whimsical, dreamy and now open, go experience this space yourself by walking through the burgundydoors!
